Job Description:
This candidate will be a key individual contributor in the execution of
Repsol’s North American LNG / gas marketing/trading business plan, and
will work directly with the Chief Risk Officer and Front Office to support
the growth of the business while providing independent risk analysis and
reporting. The primary responsibilities of the position are the daily analysis,
processing, monitoring and reporting of commodity transactions and
related risk management activities. Some, but not all, of the specific duties
include: Assist to establish and manage margin posting process • Work
with Corporate Credit Risk to monitor and update counterparty changes,
periodically review financial condition of nonrated counterparties, monitor
forward values and assess collateral requirements • Ensure credit risk is
mitigated through contractual arrangements • Participate in negotiations of
ISDAs and NAESBs utilizing risk management skills • Maintain credit risk
files including active monitoring of industry/market trends for potential
adverse effects • Maintain credit risk limit methodology and processes to
develop credit limit requests and ensure compliance • Manage daily close
of trading books • Assist with daily monitoring of all trading books •
Prepare summary reporting as needed • Report preparation

15+ years of applicable experience in project management,
financial and/or commercial bidding principles, and project controls and/or risk management
principles. Experience working in a commercial nuclear environment and a strong nuclear technical
background is essential. Experience in a highly-matrixed organization, construction, process development, and an international environment is desired.

market risk manager to work directly on the firms Equity Products
Trading Desk. Responsibilities include accessing, processing and
analyzing market risk and identifying and reporting key risks to
senior managers.
Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 2-3 yrs of relevant
risk management experience on or near a trading desk and have in
depth knowledge of equity and equity derivatives markets and risk.

AGM, Credit Risk – Financial Institutions

The incumbent contributes to the overall credit management,by making
sound and timely decision making, within established underwriting guide-lines/policies, and within their personal authority level, primarily, of the Bank’s
Financial Institutions portfolio, including but not limited to, banks, broker/
dealers, mutual and pension funds, insurance companies loan portfolio and
government accounts.
Specifically through: Undertaking analysis of credit applications and
providing recommendations • Monitoring the timely review of all applications
and submissions and ensuring the accuracy thereof • Providing clear authorization to field offices • Ensuring the terms and conditions of such authorizations are accurately documented and ensuring the accuracy of data in
various databases and reports • Developing and maintaining extensive base
of industry knowledge • Continuous discussions with banking clients and
other areas of the Bank (e.g. Loan Portfolio Management, Loan Syndications,
Legal Counsel) to improve the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of the
credit process, with a view to assisting in creating bankable transactions.
Key accountabilities for this role: Authorization of credits within the
delegated limits jointly with appropriate Credit/Banking counterpart, while
adhering to the Bank’s underwriting guidelines • Attend Senior Credit Committee and discuss credit applications as required • Oversee and contribute
to the preparation of industry reports and other industry account information as requested • To proactively manage accuracy of risk ratings of assigned
portfolio by early identification of account weaknesses and initiating/recom-mending appropriate risk ratings • Contribute to profitable business development in the assigned areas of industry specialization by participating in
and providing managerial direction and guidance to team members • Ensure
the maintenance of acceptable quality in the portfolio by scanning operating
environment on ongoing basis, monitoring the quality of accounts and providing constructive comments to field offices on credit applications and other
submissions • To provide data requested by the various Bank offices/depart-ments to satisfy regulatory requirements (e.g. Basel, SOX, OSFI and GAAP)
in a timely manner • Manage and develop staff to ensure efficient operations,
attainment of objectives, and human resource development.
